Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

From time to time, The Symmetry Lab may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

The Symmetry Lab is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at customerteam@thesymmetrylab.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with filing a carrier claim.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, holidays, or other factors outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
