Please note that all international orders may be subject to import duties, VAT (Value Added Tax), customs fees, taxes, and other charges imposed by your country's customs authority. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

The customer is solely responsible for paying any applicable VAT, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required to clear their shipment through customs.

If these fees are not paid and your package is refused, abandoned, or returned to us by the shipping carrier or customs authority, The Symmetry Lab is not responsible for any resulting delays, additional shipping costs, customs charges, or loss of the shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and any refund for returned merchandise, if approved, may be reduced by return shipping costs, customs fees, or other expenses incurred.

Customs processing times vary by country and are outside of our control. While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, The Symmetry Lab cannot guarantee delivery dates for international shipments once they have entered the destination country's customs process.
